early 1990's thread
In this thread, we'll spit out random memories from the 1990's.
I remember:
Blank tapes:

Buying packs of these, recording songs from the radio because FM radio would get songs months in advance.
Cassingles:

If you wanted the entire album (1990), it cost you $13.99 per tape or $18.99 per CD. If you wanted one song, these ranged from $0.99 to $1.99. Shrinkwrapped and cardboard sleeved, cassette singles were a physical version of iTunes.
Radios with dual tape decks and CD players:

It girls:

Kelly Kapowski and Winnie Cooper ... you know you wanted to put a hurtin on these fly hoes ... although you weren't quite sure what "a hurtin" exactly was yet.
Sega's "Blast Processing"
Reebok Pumps

*pump*pump*pump*pump*button*pfffffffffffffffffffff ffffffffsssssssssss
Super Mario World Cartoon
Super Mario Super Show
Razor Ramon

Simpson's T-Shirts

Upper Deck Baseball cards

Tight rolled pants

Silk shirts

These colors were always in mustard, forest / olive green, maroon, or dark blue.

I remember my housin' buddies would wear these:

I wanted this chick:

I thought I could be like this around the neighborhood:

This dude was an American hero:

Hypercolor tshirts

And this guy was and still is my hero:
