This one is for a similar position but in NYC not Toronto. I am still interviewing for Toronto, but now also NYC as well.

Its best to choose your gear ratios based on your powerband. The only time I can see an LS tranny being benificial is with very high horsepower applications where traction in, and beyond 3rd gear becomes an issue. This should still be a last resort though.
