serious question ...

how does counter terrorism or intellegence management "compliment" someone who has experience as a radar technician?

not trying to be dick, but that does not make sense ... i mean sure you went through basic and all but you work on radar ... not exactly relation to counter terrorism in any way whatsoever

 

LT can't tell you the full extent of his job... if he did... you'd be dead

 

Even if you don't get a gov't job, i'm sure some sort of foreign contractor would be interested.

That is a good question. Hopefully, I can answer it. Military training is more than just knowing my job...I also have to be trained in various anti-terrorism measures, I can obtain a TS clearance (saving the employer money in background checks), military bureaucratic structure is very similar to federal bureaucratic structure. It's a natural progression for mil -> agency employment.
