Right! But where I see it, he has a job that isn't treating quite fair at the moment, and he's sharing his completion of the tasks with us.
Would you work 12-days without a day-off and not get paid any overtime compensation?
I would, if I knew it was for a greater good.

Nobody with a normal job (salary pay) gets paid extra for 12 days in a row either.
