if the democrats market their campaign well they can win. mccain stands for so much bs. wanting to be in iraq 100 years, doesnt bother me. the billions of dollars that get pumped into there do! makign everything go to shit!

Running as Bush's third term isn't doing him any favors.

McCain has to overcome his past as a conciliatory suck-up to Bush and his cabal.
Obama now has to demonstrate that he can make his policies actionable.

If Obama has any perceptible lead at this point, it's probably a side effect of the buzz surrounding the end of the primaries and speculation over his choice for VP.
