I've had that idea for years. Not necessarily a K, but a built and boosted drag car.

the insight had some crazy design features to reduce drag. it looks like its paying off with that 48mpg figure.

edit: holy shit - i just noticed they kept AC/PS/ABS. :wow:

Kewl... I've been thinking about that ever since the insight came out.

If only it had normal rear wheel arches and track width, it would look like a modern crx.

140hp is plenty for such a light car. (1980lbs ±)

I had the chance to buy a Monte Carlo Blue 5spd Insight back in 04 @ MSRP; I'm kicking myself for not going for it. :doh:
