:rick:
lessons arent required
you dont need new balls everytime you go
and most people can play public courses at low costs

sports like skydiving are easily more expensive

to even partake on your own you have to be certified first, yearly inspections, cost of using an airplane ...

not saying golf isnt expensive, it can be ... but if someone wants to go out and play they dont have to pony up thousands of dollars, they can buy cheap or second hand equipment and spend 20 or 30 bucks on their local public course

So the average person that takes up skydiving is going to skydive more is going to skydive more than playing golf? I highly doubt that.

looking strictly at which costs more to get into ... golf is not as expensive of a sport. i could go out and play 3 or 4 rounds of golf at a decent course with new equipment for what it costs someone to just get certs to skydive

golf just like any sport can be as expensive as yo uwant it to be but also like many sports there are very low-cost ways to enjoy it

other sports, skydiving is just an example, have a much higher minimum entry cost
