Computer crew: Recommend me the best TV tuner card
-I prefer one that fits in a PCI-E x1 or PCI slot
-Price doesn't really matter, I want the best
-Must run HD
-Stable on Vista64
Right now I'm liking this one: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16815116015

pci or express x1 wont matter as these kinds of devices don't use that much bandwidth.
looks like the biggest worry is the vista 64 and i'm quite clueless about vista 64. I would make sure the software is x64 compatible before buying.

im running vista x64...yes you need to research newegg before you buy a lot of stuff.
one thing that i had to do to my system was disable driver certification with some program that does it for you by F8'ing during startup and disabling it for you so i could use my soundcard :hsugh:
