one might call me a hypocrite for making a statement like this but this seems disgusting to me.
a few weeks back i met a guy that was 3 weeks postop from a gastric bypass. he said he'd lost about 25-30lbs so far.
anyway, i asked about his eating regimen and he said "well, now when i go to mcdonalds i can only eat about 3/4" of a fish sandwich and a small fry."
:ugh:
what the fuck.

That's why gastric bypass is stupid. It's an attempt to difuse responsibility onto something else In this case, the size of your stomach will make you healthy rather than good eating habits and exercise.

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of success stories with gastric bypass but these people are also making lifestyle changes. This guys only lifestyle change was to take a few less bites of his fish sandwich.
Everyone is looking for the easy diet plan, the one that lets you eat what and how much of whatever you want...
