I know the whole car isnt really related to whats going on with my sister (the one who sold/gave me the car), but over my 2.5 years owning this car, I never felt it was really mine.

good call, but thats one of the reasons i'm selling it.

she claims its a gift and all, and her husband wasnt going to take any money from me, but like i said, it just never felt like it was mine.

he did say though, if i did sell it, that I give them half. thats what i intend to do.

another non-sister reason im selling the car is that 240sx theft is reaching all-time highs. especially stock cars, since they're getting increasingly rare.

Yes. The last possible model was made in 1998, but nobody cared. From 1995 and on, the entire tuning world was 2nd gen Eclipse happy.
