The reason for the muffin top is that she's wearing some kind of tight one piece suit. It probably "fit" when it was covering her whole midsection. Doesn't seem like anyone really minds though.

Just pointing out that it's not just another case of some girl wanting to wear clothes that are too tight since there's no muffin top when worn correctly. And no problem homey.
