Man sues airline over flight spent in toilet
Why are you people putting it on this guy? He bought a ticket and was already all the way on the plane. By the time they've let you on the plane, you have to assume that they'll have a seat open for you.
What JetBlue did is inexcusable, and a horrible demonstration of how to treat your customer.

He could have but...
If I needed to be somewhere I would have taken that seat also... Flight attendant  for changing her mind...
Jump Seat? Is that the folding seats attendants sit on during landing/take off?
But Mutlu was allowed to board after a jetBlue flight attendant agreed to give up her seat and travel in an airline employee "jump seat." It was not clear in the lawsuit whether the flight attendant was working.

exept he probbably bitch so much that they tried to accomodate him out oof there own good will. then when the flight attendant felt uncomfortable (probbably sick) they asked him to chill in the toillet.
Who gives a fuck how much this guy bitches? You don't stuff a guy in the bathroom when he's paid for a ticket on an airplane. That's bullshit. You can bet your ass I wouldn't have been sitting in that bathroom. A flight marshall would have to have arrested my ass before I sit in a fucking airplane bathroom for 3+ hours.
You guys honestly feel this? I would bitch too if I payed for something as much as a flight and I didn't get what I wanted...fuck that shit...
Their own good will? It's their damn fault they overbooked now any prior plans the customer had are nulled because of the airlines...
Yeah, I'm just imagining a HANer going through this, and all of HAN being furious and telling the guy to sue the airline and how it's absolute bullshit...but no, it's some guy, most likely middle eastern, so he should have been grateful to even be on the plane. That is just flat out awful.
This isn't the guy's fault at all.
What should have happened ...
Jet Blue announcement in the terminal "we're over booked, if someone wants to forfeit their tickets, we'll comp you 2 more for free & get you on the next flight.

thats what they usually do i thought.. apparently there are a lot of airliners that have closed in the past 6 months or so. i doubt they would offer free flights.
