$5 for Large deli favorite subs
$7 for Large "Inspired Turkey" subs
$9 for Large Steak subs

And you can't really compare a Large Quizno's to something like a foot-long at Subway - the Regular at Quizno's probably has about the same amount of food as a foot-long. The Large is easily 50% more food than a Subway foot-long.

I know you'll probably blow it off, but I suggest something as simple as running on a treadmill at least 8mph and every .25 miles stop and pound out some push-ups, then run, push-ups, run, push-ups, and so on until you reach a desired distance. Does wonders.

My routine is Monday, Wednesday, Friday = 15 min of cardio then 1 hour of weights.

Tuesday & Thursday = Run 3 miles.

word @ quiznos being way overpriced. You can get a way better sandwich from one of the local shops for cheaper than that chain shit. At $5, its worth a shot though. I always load up at the pepper bar and bring shit home with me. h:
