if the it department at work uses logmein for remote access can they see what im doing on the computer

they are in cleveland i just wanted to know if they could see what browsers i had open for han and stuff plus i play video games

logmein shows everything on the desktop just like they're sitting in front of it. it does have a little window that tells you when they log in to your system though.
