I said since there is the crease it needs body work and if there was no crease it would have been just buffed out and he added in "Yeah I got a guy that could have done that."

He was actually a really nice guy and once he saw the crease he was like...welp...yeah. Needs that much work.

Actually it won't buff right out because there is surface damage, missing metal, and at the large scratch it is indented.

when i got in an accident (was rear-ended), there were no injuries. i didnt know what to do, so i called the cops, got a police report, then called my insurance.
