I would probably just get the 360 and GTA for now. I guess I'll be waiting until the end of May.

The charge and play kit isn't needed. I don't use one and for a while i was online for a while every night.
If you're tight on cash don't buy a years worth of live. One month is $13 i believe, which works out to be more for a year in the end, but if you don't have the cash for a full year just spread it out.
