fridge in the garage

fridge in the garage
anyone have one?
i've heard that its not recommended to put a fridge in the garage. was i told lies?

i dont since i dont have a garage, but we always have had fridges in the garage at the parents.
my dads actually got 2 right now
need a place for beer and mixers and snacks

i have fridge in kitchen and fridge in garage
garage freezer stores drinks and frozen stuff that doesnt need to be in kitchen fridge

garage fridge checking in. As a matter of fact, I don't think I know anybody who has a house who does not have a garage fridge :thinking:

If your garage is climate controlled, then you're fine.
You don't want to operate the fridge in an uncontrolled air temp, especially in the dead of summer. Humidity + heat will make the unit run constantly. You'll decrease the life of the fridge and run up your electrical bill.

my grandparents have 2 fridges in the kitchen, and 2 freezers in the garage.
