Btw...so people understand WHY it hurts...just look at it.
Those spikes are sharp and will wreak havoc in your innards stabbing you, catching, and can sometimes get stuck in your bladder and then the pain gets worse because they grow faster in your bladder (from what my doc told me)

The emergency room dr told me I have to stay well hydrated for the rest of my life. Apparently, these bastards like to sneak out of the kidney when you are dehydrated. Sure enough on saturday I woke up dehydrated after eating a whole bag of Lays baked chips the night before :hs:
