nikasil problem?

never seen issues with nikasil cylinders?

lots of snowmobile cylinders are nikasil lined and they are a perfectly fine cylinder as long as you know what you're doing with them. worst comes to worst we have ot ship them to a guy in WI and he re lines the walls

what sort of issues were there on nikasil cylinders?

Not that I could ever afford one, I just don't like how cars are looking these days. I prefer simplicity. I'd take an R32 over the new GTR.

Sulfur rich fuels causes the coating to dissolve.

I'll wait 5-10 years when they come down into the 30s range. in the meantime I'll rock a genesis while waiting for the GTR to depriciate

Looks much better in black than the silver I always see it in.

I think the closest I'll come is playing with the prototype in GT4 (with it's ghey gearing and understeer).

It is impressive for how heavy it is, though I don't think it's as hugely underrated as some think, just an incredible powerband + good gearing + AWD + launch control. Handling might be the most impressive considering specs.

I'd still prefer even a '90 NSX though.

ehh

never seen a problem running premium fuel ... or on the ones where guys run reg grade. :dunno:
