Some nice cars nonetheless though!
yeah, taken with xti. i pretty much used to trip to really get the hang of the camera. most of the days were overcast and being in so cal, i hadn't had a lot of practice in overcast conditions h:

i have other pics that were very overexposed too, haha. i'd rather have under than over anything h:

i started the trip using aperture priority. towards the end i figured i should use shutter priority.

You don't really want to keep it on shutter priority unless you are looking to do pan-shots or time stop shots. You actually wanted to keep it on Manual so that you can change it all. Remember the camera meters the whole shot (unless you have it on another setting), and it meters with greys not whites in mind. I usually am 1 line beyond 0 in my camera. (-,,,.,,,0,,,.,,,+)

I think it is like an unwritten law in Japan and parts of Asia. When I was in Japan, no car was dirty, scratched, ding'd or damaged. Everything was perfect. When I passed by repair shops or service shops, the mechanics were wiping down the cars if they had nothing to do. The taxis that were lined up were all super clean and shiny as well.

We should have laws like that here. It just makes everything so much less of an eye sore.

Very hard...as they rid their cars after certain miles or years. You'll only see those cars in the Museums now.
