My top ones are in and growing down past my row of teeth because they have no bottoms to stop on. I'm not getting them pulled untill they hurt something.

all four of mines were impacted. surgically removed ftw. While the dentist was at it he proceeded with a lingual frenectomy with a laser.

I'm 27 and mine have never come in. The dentist says they look fine and shouldn't be an issue. It really is different in everybody, but I guess if they are impacted (growing in but can't surface correctly w/o causing issues for other teeth) then they'll need to be removed. Otherwise, no.

A few years ago they told me that I need to get them taken out (all 4).

I just never did, and it's never caused me any pain or anything. Teeth aren't fucked up at all either.

they told me about 10 years ago that mine were going to be a problem, i am just now starting to have one of the 4 grow in... its becoming something of an annoyance and i cant really tell if it is growing straight down or what... i think im just gonna schedule a regular dentist apt. and see what they have to say about it then
