I almost killed myself one time drinking that crap 5 years ago. Took three on an empty stomach, got my heart pounding like a jackhammer. No more pills after that.

you gained muscle weight which is a good thing. Start using a machine to measure your body fat and that will indicate if you gained muscle or fat weight.

i had a friend of mine use it and it works all right. obviously it's a shortcut but the stuff dehydrates the shit out of you and doesn't always agree with the stomach. it's a calculated risk... better to just workout and eat right.
