Dom, if you know anyone with a hybrid with the HOV decals, ask them to ask for replacements and say they were "stolen" and they'll get a new set from the DMV. From there add them to your car and BAM, HOV access

No lie, I don't think the HOV stickers have any # on them to track if they've been stolen, You can go look and see if they have any ID# to verify if those "belong" to a car but I read an article the other day that said HOV stickers have been getting stolen as of late, so chances are they can't be tracked.
