i know its probably overly ambitious but im hoping for a clean bill when i have to go back on 4.28

that gives me 4 weeks to watch my diet and get into better shape.

 

something you can take thats safe is fish oil pills, i take 3000 mil grams a day to help lower my cholesteral because i cant take statins, its over the counter and u can buy it at costco

 

ill have to look into that, im not sure how high it is... they left me a voicemail that said "slightly" but i dont know what that means.

when i go to the dr tomorrow for my sonogram, im gonna ask them how high my cholesterol level was and whether i should do anything other than diet & exerciese...
