yeah, I think FCP and Motion will chew it up proper. On the other hand, I was used to editing 480p on 7200RPM drives on a dual 450g4 with 512 RAM... I'm sure this will be a whole new level of possibilities now that color correction won't take me hours to render.

Bootcamp runs great

 

Sweet. I'll probably be picking one of those up in a few years. My 15" Powerbook is running like a champ... Got it in June of 05. Whenever it dies, MBP here I come.

 

i havent messed with bootcamp, but i do run parallels on the Ling's macbook

 

On start-up you hold down the option key and it asks you which OS you want. XP or Mac OS. Runs XP pretty well.
