Default full physical tomorrow

my heart was racing real bad last week, at one point it was 106 beats/minute... i was also short of breath a lot.... shallow breathing etc... still having some problems with my breathing...

so i am going in tomorrow, EKG, blood work, everything... not looking forward to it.
