I weigh about 170lbs and I have a 31" waist. I still would like to lose about 15lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of muscle. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard the past month I just need to step up the cardio.

181 last night. I finally gained that 11 lbs back from when I had that nasty flu. 5 more pounds and Id be happy but with soccer, surf and running the bay lately, I dont think Ill ever gain them. Oh well. At least Im not phat.
