Ongoing argument with the GF...V Who right?

what's the point in even devaluing her purchase? Is there any positive gain from doing this? Yeah, let's make her feel shitty about saving 5.5K off MSRP. Let's make her feel even worse about a big purchase she might have been nervous about to begin with.

She's been walking around on FRONT STREET since I met her...tells me she's from Chicago..actually was born and raised in Munster, IN. So how is it cool to let her walk around throwin it in my face sayin she has a 20k car and how she got it so cheap, but still feels that its worth 20k to this day....
How is that a devaluation when what she paid was what she paid? And I left out the most important fact on purpose...which was that she got the car so cheap because of hail damage.
