Default Epsom salts ftmfw

Man I swear this stuff is like a miracle cure.

Not sure why but I have always been prone to athletes foot. I am clean, wash and dry my feet regularly, change socks daily or more but still it shows itself fairly regularly ever since I was a kid.

So in looking around for a cure that works better than sprays or powders (which are slow acting and sometimes don't work well) I decided to give epsom salts a shot at curing what ails me. So last night I made a solution and soaked my feet in it...this morning I woke up and the current battle has most decidedly been won. I always knew it was good for swelled joints etc. but it is simply amazing for athletes foot as well.

Just thought I would share as I am now going to make it a point to soak my feet in the solution at least once a week to keep it away hopefully for good.

I started wearing flip-flops and my heals were dirty as hell. Epsom salt for the ftmfw. Got them smooth and clean

A few years ago I heard it was good for your skin so one day i filled up the tub with hot water, poured some in and laid down. I think my skin was softer, I don't remember. :dunno:

I had a really bad case once that required medical attention. Nothing I did caused it....shitty luck that it got bad. The cream they give you by prescription is amazing. Kills all within a day or so. I was on it for months to be safe per the doctor.

Have you ever tried Lamisil AT (generic name Terbinafine hydrochloride)? I find it works the best of the cream products - much better than Lotrimin and the like. Never tried the epsom salt thing, but sounds pretty effective. Lamisil is pretty convenient, however.
