I think he's talking about his work computer? so IT error
doesnt mean it's pebkac

could be Windows issue if he's had his computer for a while. or since he probably has a bunch of developer tools, maybe those are causing some issues too.

by user error I mean things running causing it to crash, not formatting for a while, etc

now that u guys are talking about fx crashing. I can't even remember the last time Firefox or Thunderbird crash..ever since I stop using ie lol
