I ate some togos at 305, started working out at 330. Did all arm workouts until 405, time to squat. Did 10... and the rack is a little high for me (non adjustable), so I have to go to my toes and push it up... while I was doing that my calves cramped up... and it sucks. It hurts to walk :wtc:
and I did have someone spot me and help me put the bar up before, but the last 2 times he wasn't there, so now I just squat on my own because I've put it up fine... just this time...

Are you breathing normally when you lift, or do you pull the 'hold your breath' card?
