Default Peoples I got a exhaust system question, needs some answers ASAP!

Ok my situation:
-Repaired exhaust welds by resonator are breaking again after 7 months
-Soon to have a rocketship sounding car if not fixed
-Definately need a new cat-back system
-Cat looks super worn and the flange connected to the pipe looks absolutely impossible to remove. The rust look just as bad as these pics:
https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...3&postcount=19

What I want to buy:
-stainless steel catback (preferably straight through design, suggestions?)
-High-flow cat (magnaflow/carsound).......there anywhere to get them with the flanges and o2 holes??? All i've seen are them plain.

I have a DC header (I believe 4-2-1), came with the car when I got it a yr ago. Now here's my main issue. I'm a n00b at exhaust systems and after reading tons of threads on different forums/sites and hours of wasted time....can someone explain collectors? h:

It seems that the DC header is usually 2" meaning 2" opening to the Cat? So if I get a 2.25" catback, connect to a 2.25 cat, i'll need to get a different A-pipe/header?

I have a headache and my exhaust is gonna break any day and I need to order SOMETHING today.

if u get a 2.25" cat, then u'll just need to have a muffler shop make a connector for the header to the cat.

that collector on the DC is a doughnut flange. so even if you get a cat with a 2.25 opening, it should still work.

as far as the carsound cat goes, yes, you'll have to have the 02 sensor bungs welded as necessary. there were variances from year to year on integra. some cars have 1 sensor on the header, some cars have 2 sensors, 1 on the header and 1 on the exhaust, some 1 on the cat and 1 on the exhaust. i really dont remember. the best way to know is to just look under your car.

Ok cool......so the "collector" is the actual size the piece is going to connect to? Does the exhaust diameter (for example 2.5") mean the cat collector has to be 2.5" too or is diameter/collector 2 different things? :hs:

Go to a junkyard and steal a diesel stack off a Peterbuilt. Tack weld it to your A-pillar.
