Default so my question about AGI

is AGI what I made minus ALL deductions or is it just some deductions? If some, do you know what kind? I did some research online but can't find precise answer

It basically means how fast you strike in a battle. Usually Ninjas have the most AGI. Combine that with a THF and you'll have a pretty fast character. I suggest looking at AGI gear as well

And it includes all pretax deductions(typically 401k contributions and health plan premiums. There are others, but those two are the most common) as well as Social Security and Medicare (taxes taken regardless of income levels, you wont get refunds for these taxes).

Meaning, if I paid $1k in healthcare plan and put in $5k into my 401k, and paid $5k in ss/med, and my gross income was 50k, my AGI would be:

$50k
-$5k (401k)
-$5k (ss/med)
-$1k (health)
=$39k
