I just got approve for my house loan, now i have 30 days to find one. Im a little scared but excited at the same time right now. Then on the 21 of June im getting married. So this is a big year for me.





Maybe i will even get my motor in my car. lets hope

Why did you get a loan before you looked for a house?

 

maybe to see what his price range is.

 

find out what your max approval amount is and payments and whatnot so you know what price range to be looking at :dunno:

 

What happens if the 30 days expire?

I just thought it was wierd because I did the opposite

 

it's a lot easier to pre-qualify for a loan before you find, it also keeps you honest about what you can afford.

 

i planned on gettin pre-qualified or approved before i found a house too, but we found the house too quickly h:

Then they reasset the loan.

 

I should have done that instead. I had problems getting my loan, they were wondering how I got all all that money.
