Default HAN PC Crew: Check my Budget HTPC Built plz

I'm getting a new built for my HTPC.

Here's what I already have

CPU: Intel E4300
RAM: OCZ 4GB DDR2-800 (Vista Upgrade model)
HDD: 200GB
PSU: Cooler Master 500w [RP-500-PCAR]
DVD: Samsung DVD+/-RW Drive

here's what I plan to get:
Mobo: Asus P5k-VM (G33 Chipset).
Case: Don't know yet? I know the Antec Fusion V2 is nice, but kinda thick. The only thing that's slim and fits the true HTPC is the Thermaltake Mozart SX VC7001SNS.

Any recommendation?

I have a 2TB File server I can stream those off, Gigabit Ethernet FTW.

All it'll have on here is basic OS and programs. Keep things simple and safe as a HTPC should be. This is a budget built with all the stuffs I have laying around.

^ This built is more like, do with what you have laying around, eh he. Only need to find a good Mobo and Case, which is the hardest part.
