Default probably just got an employee canned

:hs:

long story short, one of my employees told me she saw another pocket $2.76 today... and said she had suspicions for awhile now...

i felt that i had no choice but to let my boss know, i sent him an email.... and I'm waiting for him to call me....

this is my first time I liked the employee, too....

$2.76? that's almost as bad as an employee that got fired at work a couple months ago for stealing a pen that fell out of a package.

Still shouldnt be stealing though. If theyll steal 2.76 theyll commit worse in the future. I probably would have talked shit to the person first, unless it was my company then its gtfo.

stealing is stealing.

the lesson learned, if you are going to risk it... steal a lot to make it worth your trouble. (/sarcasm)

like said it can start off small, but if they think they are getting away with it they are going to go bigger. also if they steal that amount every time they work it all adds up in a year and longer

I didn't agree with them stealing. :eh:

I do think however, if you're going to do it, go all out. I'm not getting fired for stealing a Bic or barely enough cash to buy a Happy Meal. h:
