Weird Dream, wondering if anybody could decipher it

Weird Dream, wondering if anybody could decipher it
So what's bugging me out the most about this dream is the fact that ALL the images are fresh and completely clear in my head.
It started like this. Me and my sister was chilling in my bedroom at my old house waiting for my father to leave to go on a trip. We all of a sudden here a loud bang from up above us. We simply ignore it and continue playing Contra.
Time goes by and the story sorta fast forwards to me standing in the room above me that i heard the loud bang come from (in that house it was my brothers room) looking at my father with a drooped over head with a gun in his hand.
All of a sudden i'm looking at myself and my sister playing video games in my room still and we hear the bang. I again ignore it. Later when we beat contra we realize that we didn't see our dad leave. We go into his bedroom and see the suitcase still sitting on the bed. Confused i then go upstairs to see if he was upstairs. I then look into the bedroom and see the same scene unfolding again that i had seen before. At this point i'm crying, but i don't know what i'm crying for.
Then all of a sudden, the dream repeats itself all over again. This time when it reaches it's end. I'm now at the gf's house, watching people breaking into my car and not doing anything about it.
Strange...Like i said what makes this even stranger is the fact at how vivid ALL the images are in my head and they still are very vivid, to the point where i can tell you what time of day it was and what the weather was like. What he was wearing and his style of hair.

I wouldn't say close, the relationship COULD be better. Just alot of things that were done in the past that i could never forgive my parents for. Only time we really get together is when i go over there with my sister and her husband to play DDR.
