I like it. If you don't mind having a thicker than normal phone it's nice to have.
If you get an unlimited data plan with your provider, you could tether with it using your laptop.
Or if you need a "computer" to check your email or browse the web, having a wireless bluetooth keyboard and a 'tv-out' line could make a nice little substitute if you don't have your laptop.
