They purchased the company I work for in 2001. They've been extremely hands off because we're profitable. :hs:
Staples took a piece of our technology for their stores. They can now scan your Staples rewards card to pull up data on your purchase history. When scanned, the sales associate is shown the item ... an upsell item ... associated items, etc.
Lots of predictive stuff.
I wanted to implement the sleazy button. My idea was reworked.
