I called to fill my prescription for Benzaclin, (face cream)...I called to see what size it was because it is $75..she said it came in 2 sizes 25mg and 50mg...my prescription was for 50mg....

My question is, is it possible for me to change to 25mg..which in turn would make the amount I purchase smaller, thus lowering the price...without going back to the doctor?

 

If the pharmacist is not a stickler they will change it without a fuss. If they won't do it, make them call the dr. to change it.

 

Probably not since it was doctor prescribed. Why not just call your doctor?

 

i was thinking it was a refill, I would have given you the 25mg and leave the 50mg as the size written. Meaning you would have another 25mg left on the prescription if there weren't refills with the rx.

 

These mofo's tryin to hassle me...I called back, He says 50 is the small size and 100 is the large...WTF

 

just bring it in and tell them to get their shit straight.
