someone had turned the water spicket near the side of the house on. I could hear it when I walked up the steps. Also, there were large chunks of ice placed in my mailbox and my mail was soggy. Neighborhood greeting? :wtf:

In an older, well established neighborhood. Mostly older people living around me. Maybe one of their kids/grandkids were just messing around. :dunno: I just moved in a couple weeks ago, although I'm not officially "moved in". I don't stay there every night or anything.

Nobdy that I know of. Like I said, it's almost all older people, some of which seem kind of nosy but not where they'd actually do anything. :dunno:
