Penn & Teller slight of hand....
i found this to be quite a 
video
even at the end when they show you how its done, that is some cool-ass quick slight of hand that has a lot going on at once & still a lil difficult to follow being able to see it all

It's pretty simple actually because if you focus away from the misdirection you will se him cupping the ball in his hand and slipping it under the cup at the last second as it slides onto the table.
Takes practice but it's a lot simpler than it appears.
