i hate to be morbid but you ride a motorcycle, life insurance is a great idea.

i have 2x my salary for free through work but I need to get more. If something happened to me, holly would be in trouble with the house etc on her own... i would like to know that if something happened to me, the house would be paid off and she would have a solid rainy day fund.

company does 2x my salary for free. I also have life insurance setup, just in case. Might as well hook my family up if I die. Added it 2yrs ago, since it was really cheap through my company.

Yeah, that is true. Honestly, I think I'm going to die on that thing. Not because of me, but because of someone else.

If I do get this, then I'm not gonna tell them, because they'll tell me I don't need it yet, so it'd be a nice surprise.. (lol)

Oh yeah, and the nice thing is I don't have to get a physical.

my policy through work is a lump sum 2x my annual salary... which wouldnt pay off the mortgage. what i meant was i need to pick up an extra policy just in case, then i know the mortgage is paid off and she wouldnt have to sell the house.
