Are we allowed to video tape say police searching our car, home?
Lets say I get pulled over for whatever reason and I take out my cam corder to video tape it. Is it my right and am I allowed to videotape the encounter?
Regardless if the cop tells you to turn it off.

you should absolutely be able to video tape. just stay out of the way. you might get arrested, but i'm not sure they could charge you with anything.
