Garmin Forerunner 301 (attn exercise posse)
I mistakenly asked for the Forerunner 101 for Christmas totally forgetting to make sure it output via USB, which it didn't have. And I saw that Costco has the 301 for just over $100 so I ordered it and it arrived today.
I've been wanting to get back into shape and not only exercising at night but during my lunch hour as well. Since I'm a geek I wanted something to track my walks/runs/biking/etc and my coworker told me about motionbased.com. Now I can use my Forerunner 301 to track everything and upload it to either the software included or to MotionBased.
Whether you're a triathlete in training or someone who wants to finally see tangible results, meet your new trainer — the Garmin Forerunner 301. It displays heart rate, speed, distance and pace so you can constantly monitor whether you're training too hard or not hard enough. It even stores workouts and training histories, and its USB interface allows for you to quickly download data to your PC.
* Easy-to-use, 2-piece system
* Heart rate, pace, time, distance, interval workout and advanced custom workout alerts
* USB interface allows for fast data transfer to the computer
* Training Center software: a simple user interface allows you to transfer workout history from the 301 to a PC for storage and analysis
* Your workout tracks are overlaid on a map page so can analyze pace and speed data at any point
* Download customized workouts to your unit
* Built-in GPS receiver provides highly accurate data; no calibration required
* Included performance zone chart (in owner's manual) helps you determine target heart rate zone for optimum training
* 5,000-lap memory
* Multi-sport feature customizes profiles for running, cycling and other sports
* AutoLearn feature allows unit to learn your max heart rate and set zones accordingly
* Auto Pause pauses and resumes training timer based on a specified speed
* Auto Lap records lap data when you reach a specified distance
* Navigation capabilities allow you to mark and find locations and navigate back to starting point
* Up to 14 hours of battery life with the built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery (charger included)
* Waterproof, IEC 60529, IPX7 (Submersible to 1 meter @ 30 minutes)
Here's a sample of a someones upload to MotionBased.

Can't you use the included Garmin Software? If not, just create an account on Motion Based, upload your stuff, and then you can take screenshots of your progress then upload them to your photobucket account.
