I have a friend who's paraplegic...he talks shit, I talk shit right back ("Don't make me roll you down the stairs", etc..) He grabs girls asses at the club on purpose, just because he knows they won't do anything...I always tell them to just turn around and slap him.

Well no matter what was said, the cop is supposed to be both a professional and a rep of the local government-they are trained, and it is their whole job to deal with difficult people. There was no threat here so it is entirely un-excusable.

yeah but as a cop you are held to a different standard. you are expected to uphold a level of professionalism and if you cant, you shouldnt be a cop.
