Yeah i started on the entertainment room and it is snowballing like no other right now. I figure I may as well network the house with cable, internet, phone and sound outlets throughout the house with the hub in the entertainment room.

Then I got to looking at the kitchen stuff and decided I need what falls just short of a gourmet kitchen...then of course the bathrooms need redone as well as the bedrooms and since I am there the garage needs.............

 

Man.. we are totally thinking the same thing. I could go overboard here. Too bad too munch into the house wouldn't pay off

Yeah I was, it sucked

 

I get like that when i'm cleaning up something or making a change in the apt. After a while everything is in shambles because i tore alot of things up

 

I just drafted up an autoCAD plan for my kitchen and putting in a new bathroom h: The kitchen will probably wait, but the bathroom I think I'm going to go ahead and do... another bathroom = more rental income = bathroom should pay for itself in under two years
