I'm thinking of picking up this excercise routine and wanted to know how those that started in this tread think about p90x now. you guys ripped yet or did you give up?

 

Jay and Phat are the only ones I can think of at the top of my head h:

Jay has a kid now so he'll be preoccupied for a bit and Phat just eats a lot h:

 

my co-worker is on the program and he's cut from doing px-90. he's religous about following the meal program, and he starte off around 210(not that fat) and he's down to 190 and cut. does someone have a sketchy link to the vids? hit me up with that.
