my fucking ankle kills.

worst it's felt since the night i did it.

i couldn't make it to class at 8:30. i'm really now considering the doctor tomorrow.

^ yeah, that's not normal at all. The majority of the human bones are located in the foot and ankle, so get that checked out today.






way too much snow in IL. Measurements for my town topped 14 inches. Also, the village ran out of road salt. It's gone. : \

the night before, i had it wrapped up and i woke up in the middle of the night with it hurting, so i ripped the ace bandage off and it started to feel better.

last night i slept with it wrapped and i woke up this morning with it hurting again.

i feel as if sleeping or the wrap makes it hurt. maybe because it's like 7 or 8 hours of not moving it, so it stiffens up?

possible. You might have a ligament sprain.


does it feel hot? you're not running a fever, are you?

I would try to sleep with a heat pad on it to improve circulation.

I did stay at a holiday inn express last night

it doesn't feel hot, i don't feel hot.

i want to go to my doctor back home, because i think he'll backdate a note for me, because i missed a couple of classes
