So my ex is single, and I'm single.. it'll be a year on February 19th. I've tried seeing other girls, have taken some on dates, even got into a short relationship with someone, but my feelings toward my ex generally haven't changed. I'm still attracted to her and I do still miss her.

I've been contemplating sending her flowers anonymously on valentines day.. and anonymously, because I want to get her to thinking of who may have sent them. I not sure if I want to be back in a relationship with her, but then again I'm not opposed to the idea either.

I AM going to send her flowers, so that is not my question.

There is another girl though.. well, we both had one of those "kiddy" crushes on each other when we were in the 4th grade, and then she all of the sudden moved away. Fast forward, her family moved back recently, and I ran into her at a grocery store where she works. I have been contemplating asking her to dinner so we could catch up with each other, and to see if I should keep entertaining the thought of maybe trying to get together with her.

Question is: WWHD.

I say hit up the new girl first and see where things take you. You never know what you could have with her unless you give it a shot, and your relationship with the ex has already gone south once. I think you owe it to yourself to try the new chick.
